1. Returns & Eligibility
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note that we do not accept returns for:

Wrong size, color, or personal preference.

Sale or clearance items.
2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return postage.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Frazy and Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once the returned item is received and verified as defective, a replacement or refund will be issued.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
