This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders both within Canada and internationally.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer domestic (Canada) and select international shipping options.
Within Canada:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Orders:

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

Frazy & Company cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or weather-related disruptions.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Carrier selection is based on reliability, speed, and cost efficiency.
4. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your package has been shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain carriers or oversized parcels.

Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations or regional import restrictions.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Frazy & Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors once your package has been dispatched.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at frazyandcompany@gmail.com with your:

Photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Frazy & Company is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Responsibility After Shipment
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
Frazy & Company cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
